This style of architecture speaks to the core of me! I am originally from Baltimore Maryland in US. Much of this type was destroyed in the Great Fire of 1904. For a short while I lived in the Congress Hotel. It sat abandoned for many many years until a group of investors decided to save its historical facade and convert it into modern apartments. I loved it there! Many parks and other historic sites were within walking distance. Look up The Congress Hotel on Google and see if you agree. I was on the top left corner unit, the views were amazing!
