I Am Jesse Sixx And I Do What I Want!!!
MEXIKAN JUMPING BEAN STYLE!!!!!!!!!! so I high tailed my thicked dicked ass to brooklyn because i had a shit load of time off. basically i have been un-employed for a while now and i havent been back to new york in like 3 years so i was all like fuck it. i had fun. saw some friends, went to some bars, ate some sandwiches, other stuff. the most interesting thing was when i went to the Guggenheim. it is not really my favorite museum because it is actually kind of small. the architecture of the building is cool and they consistently have some good shit there but it totally is not nearly enough museum for the 13 dollars i paid to get in. it was supposed to be more but i lied and said i was a student. the dude knew i was lying too but i am pretty sure he fancied my face and so he just kind of let me get away with it. in addition to being kind of small they had their ramps closed because they were changing out the art so there was even less art to look at. they also had some weird shit on display that i wasnt really into. one of the things was this photo collection from someone who i just didnt really think was very good. the other was this video project about the horrors in asia during some point where there was some horrible shit going on. first off i didnt think it was done well, second it depressed me, and finally it didnt actually help the people in said tragedy and it was barely informative. i did thoroughly enjoy all the impressionist and post impressionist paintings they had. i am the biggest fan of stuff like that. that and sculptures. i like old shit and pretty shit. i also like pretty old shit. so far my favorite museum was the louvre. the second favorite was the getty in la when they were having their van gogh exhibit. they also have a really nice garden. i guess i like gardens too because the huntington gardens in pasadena is bad ass too. anyway, i really enjoyed the guggenheim even thought it was small and there was only one floor i was super into. i took a lot of pictures of me with the art then got yelled at for taking pictures of the art. they obviously did not understand that i am a mexkan jumping bean and do what i want. they figured it out when i completely ignored them and continued to take pictures of art.
