okay THAT makes more sense. the two doors down from the old boogies is now called XS or Excess, i'm not sure how they spell it, it's in the old Za's building. i've never been there yet, it's basically a meat market, not my type of scene, normally.

I see the mystery girls all the time, they are playing every wednesday at the main stage this summer, which is cool. they play at studio east a lot too. in fact i just saw them a couple weeks ago. i like them on occasion when i'm in the mood for that type of music, great guys.

yeah.....xcess (sp? i honestly have no idea)has gotten pretty lukewarm reviews from everyone i know who's gone there. (i work at jake's, across the road). so i basically stick with what i know. though cheap drinks do rule.... =D
