Yay! it's Saturday again! And this one's extra neat--Jim's got a 3 day weekend. I worked until 1pm, and then stopped on the way home to buy a few houseplants. Got four, two small ones and 2 tabletop size. I can't be motivated to get a pic now, but i will later when i'm done cleaning.

Hey y'all- just having domestic day at home. Did some gardening; Planted a camilla bush, and apricot tree and some japanese eggplant. Hung out with the hubby and all the dogs.
Made a dinner of fried catfish, roasted small potatoes and yellow pepper...steamed some broccoli. Nice to be home long enough to actually cook.

As someone who has been close to a hundred pounds overweight for my entire life, I can say that life is only as hard as you make it for yourself. Yeah, I can (and have) be pretty miserable about my station in life and blamed it on my weight, but that is a choice. I can (and have) been completely fulfilled in spite of my weight. So I just say, fuck 'em. If they don't like me because of my size then I am probably not missing much anyway!!!

We're still looking on the house front. The place we liked had an offer put in the next day, so we moved on. We've found another place we're going to make an offer on soon, and the new job might help...
