Drastic life change. Cold turkey EVERYTHING for two weeks. I feel full of toxins and yuck in general. Since it's something completely under my control, i may as well get a grip on it and handle it.

Here's a nice Liver detox recipie:
1 watermelon, 1 lemon
*Cut and seed and crush watermelon in a bowl, add the juice of one lemon. Sip slowly on an emtpy stomach over 1 hour. Don't guzzle.
For cleaning blood:
*Matchstick cut burdock root simmered in Kombu and bonito broth, seasoned with seasame oil and soy sauce to taste.
For cleaning intestines:
*The juice of 1 grapefruit, 1 lime, 1 lemon and 1 orange, combined and sipped on an emtry stomach over 1 hour. *(note: if you're sensitive to acid, this is kinda tough on you, so have some TUMS nearby, just in case)

If you want to clean out the toxins, there's this proceedure where they put a tube up the rear and you drink a lot of tea. I'll post more when I understand what I'm talking about.
