Got up early and car pooled with Jim to OC for school & work, respectively. It's nice to get an early start. It's going to be a long day, but at least it's temperate weather in the beach office, and quiet.
I find myself being really selfish with my solitude. Maybe my husband's hermit ways are rubbing off, or maybe it's just a phase. We were talking about projects that we need to complete around the house...and the yard. We've talked alot, but really done nothing. I want to rummage through thrift stores for a mid-century dresser for the bedroom, but i decided to do that after we got paint on the walls, and maybe a new floor up there.
I was in Long Beach yesterday morning, appraising some houses...how i miss that place...except the parking, i miss everything except the parking.

haha..i get a call at 11am...my appt that i completely spaced on and MISSED is calling me...shit. Lucky for me, she is a nice lady and i'll be making that up today.
i haven't done that for over a year. yup.
