double yay! I'm sooo excited. I finally got to see the artwork for my tattoo that my beautiful friend Jen Schichi designed for me. She had taken my design ideas and created just the art i want to wear all my days. We start on Thursday...it's been 10 years since I had the last one and have been waiting for the right time. Here's a few pics. I'll have more as we go along. It will take maybe 18-20 hours altogether. 
So it's a mandala filled with nature surrounded by persian inspired clouds and flames, two pomagranite trees, one with flowers and the other with fruit (changing a bit what's sketched), a waterfall scene with two leaping carp and a lotus in bloom. It's not going to be solid in the background, but more like a lacy pattern over the skin. I still wanted the skin to show thru...makes it less heavy for a large piece.
I'm fucking stoked!!!
