SO wrong I am still up...been trying to sleep for hours and its just not happening

Get off of the computer at least 2 hours before going to sleep. That light from screen
will deactivate the signals telling your brain 'it's time to go to sleep now'
Sunlight - get a good 15-20minutes of sun a day. It will help regulate your sleep cycle.
with that said I plan on being up for at least another couple hours.
