SO wrong I am still up...been trying to sleep for hours and its just not happening Super sad that the day will start whether I'm ready or not. I must be getting old cause 3 am is way to late to be awake...I like bed at 10

Get off of the computer at least 2 hours before going to sleep. That light from screen
will deactivate the signals telling your brain 'it's time to go to sleep now'
Sunlight - get a good 15-20minutes of sun a day. It will help regulate your sleep cycle.
with that said I plan on being up for at least another couple hours.
