I rode 6 miles yesterday, which used to be a one way ride for me in Chicago to work. It reminds me that I need to quit smoking....again. It was pretty awesome though, it's really the only peace I get through the day is when I'm on my bike, with some chill music, everything just seems to tune out. All the bullshit just goes away.

I hate yardwork....that is all.

Today I found a place to repaint my bike for about $ 140.00, and I'm pretty psyched. Now just a new BB, seat post, handle bars, crank set, arms and pedal and I should be done....I hope, or I'll just get another bike and start a new project.Procoat - Powder Coating
