I have to agree with Jerry.
Sometimes all you can do is let go and let others step in, because maybe you weren't mean to be the one saving that person, and they'll only drag you down with them.

Don't let it take you under! If you do it'll be long ways to go before you get back on track. Take my word for it.

Yeah, it's hard to say what's going to happen to the political climate up here... the Conservatives are leading in the polls, but it's also looking like they might have a minority government.... kind of hard to explain if you're not familiar with our political system. Basically, of all the parties, the Conservatives may have more seats in the House of Commons than any of the other parties which means they get to form the government, but if the other parties all got together (there's 3 other major ones, 4 if you count the Greens), they could vote down anything the gov't tried to pass. So yeah, it's going to be an interesting couple of years to say the least. At least there'll be lots of protests and rallies to attend.

The DaVinci Code is a historical thriller. It's based around the search for the holy grail, yet it essentially pokes holes in Christianity. The best part of it though is all the cryptology and symbology, if you're interested in things like that. I dunno, I was fascinated.

Light is in the eye of the beholder. That being said, check out the TruvaTiv Stylo SS. It's MSRP is 159$ and it needs an ISIS bottom bracket. Official weight is 640h including 33t chain ring and bash ring.

The good thing about using a SS specific chainring is that it isn't designed to derail the chain...

You can also get mountain or road hubs designed to use a single freewheel (and build rear wheels with little if any dish.)

The cheapest is to try and use Shimano DX BMX parts.

That being said I haven't converted a bike to single speed (though I did try a Kona Unit production SS bike and it had a truvativ OEM version of the stylo ss.)
