April 20th, to some, is a big day. To bakers, it's a special day: we try to appeal to people in a fun way. This gives us some room to play with things, like adding sprinkles to challah.
Or adding some chocolate and coconut to a good wheat bread. Smiles and full stomachs are what count, because everyone on this planet has the right to good bread.
