The time is 7:30 am on Thursday the 28th of May, I am sitting here drinking dandelion tea and reading the book "Still Life with Woodpecker" by Tom Robbins. I have to say I love this book; it is now my favorite manuscript. I arrived back from my vacation just fine; we did run into some dreadful weather on the way there and back. Apparently says Jacquelyn, it rained the whole time I was gone, which leads me to sing the song "There's no sunshine when youre gone." Haha. Well, my trip was remarkable, it was relaxing and peaceful. I talked with my Great Grandmother for hours. We talked mostly about her life; she was born in 1924, so it was intriguing to learn how she lived during the depression and the dust bowl. She is a feisty woman and her stories made me smile. I acquired a camera and took lots of pictures which I was intending on sharing with everyone but I do not have any way to hook the camera to my computer. Also, while I was on vacation I became very ill, which I still am. Today, I am going to the doctor. I am excited not to feel under the weather anymore. Well, bye for now.
