After my very positive tongue splitting experience, I went back to my bodymod artist to get Venom piercings done. So yesterday (Wednesday) was the day!
There's even enough space for another set of Venom piercings, so I guess I'll be back soon. :)
For today, I expected some minor swelling (I don't tend to swell a lot, haven't had much swelling when I had the split done as well), but ... there is barely any swelling. It's not even burning any longer. So I'm a happy customer.
