So I have been working out lately and losing weight. This is something I have been wanting to do for a while now. My only problem I have is my girlfriend who says she will find me unattractive if I lose too much weight and look too toned. As in she does not want me to have any abs or muscles at all. I have now made up mind that I am going to do what I want with my body and am not going to let anyone choose how I wear my own skin lol.

I don't know, buy maybe she's secretly insecure. Thinks if you become too in shape, maybe someone will try to steal you away. Or maybe it will change you and you won't be who she fell for. Try talking about it and see if that appears to be a concern

@jasegarza13 i also think that what @venenumliscens said is a very valid point worth considering. So mkae sure she knows that u think she's special just like she thinks ur special just the way u r :) but express ti her that you have to be happy cause are you gonna live her properly if u can't live yourself and a bonus to weight lossand imprived self esteem is always an increased desire for fun between the sheets lol
