Up late looking at pictures of my hometown; Li and I are planning on going back home either in January or August of next year which I am really looking forward to. This week, Li goes off to Puerto Rico; originally I was going to go but we can't afford it with all the home repairs (Li justifiably would like a bathroom with a real floor and a bathtub that doesn't have half the glaze coming off it!) which is too bad. But all the work we're putting in is making the house look great -- we just re-did the kitchen and we have a few more things to go there and on the roofdeck, but it will all be great to get it settled. That's the one thing about having a two-flat you have a lot of room that you find yourself filling up with stuff!
