I always become suspicious when someone gives me a piece of advice like that......I hope you feel better soon. I definitely thought about you when a group was talking about going horseback riding today near Rio Rancho, NM at our resort we scored for lodging this week.

I got to learn that the "hard way" - my 2nd time on a friend's Appaloosa, she didn't work me that it was frightened of cows and where we were ridng someone had brought some cattle in nearby... needless to say it spooked and I, foolishly/without thinking, wrapped the rope around my arm and tried to stop it...
not my best moment and the rope burn sure "learned me some," as my friend said.
