My semiannual work party was last night and it was SO SO FUN! I stayed sober, trying to recover from tuesday still... but we were dancing and drawing collages and having all kinds of fun. I love the people that I work with and they are like family to me. It's really reassuring that I am in a good place in my life right now. I may not be making a lot of money but I am making healthy food for people and building life long friendships. I am warm, fed, and my self esteem is at an all time high.
I'm laid off for the next month until christmas is over and theres a big storm heading this way so we are going grocery shopping and camping out at home. Hopefully I finish my afgan in this time and make some new sockitoyas. and oh yeah shoot a damn set. It's been a very main focus in my life for the past few months and i want it to just be up all ready.

I wish I had that kind of connection with my co-workers. I work for a big company so no such luck.
