''Without change, there cannot be success.'' -Probably Someone Famous

That's why I am constantly and continuously changing. There was a time when I did the same old routine day after day and I was used to it. I also wasn't happy. I was doing it for years. I wasn't happy for years. Then I made one change and another and another pretty soon I was happy. I've fallen back into the same old routine trap again. And again I'm not happy. So I am making changes. It starts with this site. Soon it'll be my job. I'm working on that though. Then it'll be my place and my vehicle.

I was called into work today. ON MY ONLY DAY OFF THIS WEEK. While I don't mind the extra 200 bucks, this shit has gotten old. I only worked 4 hours but that's not the point. It's just getting annoying. The threat of being written up for not being perfect is very real every single day. I've worked at many different places and I have never ever been written up. But here they expect flawlessness from everyone even though everyone seems to be working 6 and 7 day a week.. Maybe that's why they cannot get people to stay. New hires leave within hours of showing up. If it wasn't for the money, I would have left long time ago. It seems like everyone works 13 days in a row once a month. Except the blending department. They only work 3 to 4 days in a row. That seems to be the place to be. Hell even if there is overtime I bet they don't work more then 5 days in a row.

In about 3 hours, I'm leaving this site forever. Seems no one really wishes for me to stay. I no longer feel comfortable being here.
