I had today off from work. This was a scheduled day off. Went to a hunting place a looked at guns, crossbows, bows, and arrows with someone (you don't need to know who). Petted all the taxidermy animals including an alligator. Also practiced at the archery range for a couple of hours. We toned our bow and arrow skills.
Then we went to KFC. Got our Colonel on. We had the works package. Basically a little bit of everything.
We went to the creek because I wanted to try rock skipping with the lesson I learned from a You Tube video to see if it really worked. Also we needed to work off the 5000 calories we consumed haha. Either the water was rushing too hard or we were doing wrong, or it was all a lie. I hurt my arm trying to skip. While at the creek we noticed something kinda odd. An older gentleman showed up and was kinda lollie-gagging (or however you spell it) around. About half hour later a woman showed up. Next thing you know they were about 25 yards away doing some deep kissing. Must have been having an affair. Shit like that don't happen. So who was having the affair? Man? Woman? Both? After making a raft of the dead timber we found laying around and putting a heavy stone on it and making a sail we sent it off down the creek. White Water Sail Rafting was a success! For about 12 seconds lol. After that we left the lovebirds alone. As we were walking up the hillside of the creek bed, I couldn't help but wonder if they were gonna have sex when we left. lol.
We were on our way home with the windows rolled down and the music blasting on the radio when I decided we needed something sweet and went to The Little Red Caboose. We had root beer floats, played checkers, and mini golf. Then it was time to go home.
Tomorrow was a last minute surprise day off from work. I was scheduled to work but the Quality people shut down the department that blended our products when they came and checked us out. They found bugs in the drain that blends our products. Company got fined $600,000 bucks. I know someone got fired. Hell probably everyone in the blend room for all 3 shifts. After every ''run'' they are suppose to scrub everything. Well no one had been scrubbing the floor drain in months. My department got straight A's all across the board. Thanks to me and my experience in sanitation and quality control and my education in inspecting.
Maybe it's time for that trip to Letchworth State Park tomorrow. It's been nicknamed ''Grand Canyon Of The East. Only it's more green haha. I wish I had a better camera. Should be a fun day tomorrow. Well, I gotta check the weather. I think it's suppose to be good though.
