I had realized it was ten days since my last post. I was away on vacation with a hot date. lol Just kidding. I've been too tired to post. I had found something else to entertain my mind. I popped in, here and there. I just didn't feel like blogging.
I was away for most of the weekend though. I had to request this past weekend off work. I went someplace special with someone special. No and no, you don't need to know who or where.
I've had a few ideas on blogs these past 10 days but most have slipped my mind since. I just wasn't ready to blog. No there weren't any feelings to why I didn't blog. When I popped on, I only popped on long enough to see if there were any notifications or messages.
I had to forego debt and save some pennies for this special weekend. I needed a break from paying off debts. I'll still be debt-free by mid summer. Then I may take on a debt that could last 30 years. lol Yeah, I've been seriously thinking of buying a house.
I never wanted a house. there's lots of upkeep and taxes when it comes to buying a house. Plus the major thing that prevented me from wanting to own a home was, I can't just move anytime I want. Yeah homes are long term. I won't be a free-bird if I buy a home. I'll be stuck. Rooted. Like going no where fast. Also another reason I didn't want to own a home is the economy. Last time it took a dump, my world took a dump. But I've been bound and determined to never let that happen again. I'm a one and done kind of guy. I learn my lesson the first time. I'm no repeat offender. I am really thinking pretty hard about buying a home. Unlike some people, I don't take these things lightly. I know several people that have gone to buy a house only to find out later what it takes to make it a home. They all backed out within the first 5 years. I educate myself and before I make a decision, I know what I'm getting myself into. I've always been like that. Sure, I've made many mistakes and screwed up.
Okay this run-on blog has ran on long enough. Time to exit stage-left.
