Most of my talents or gems rather I keep hidden from those around me. I'd rather be vastly under estimated then shock them when my talents are actually needed; vs being over estimated and surprise them with how little I can do. So since I'll probably never meet anyone on this site, you may know my hidden gems/talents.
Here they are:
Foot massages, I am an expert at foot massages. I have massaged several girls feet and they all say similar things but my favorite of all is. ''You're a god at foot massages!'' I regularly give them to myself when my massage girl isn't available.
Cooking, I'm a great cook. I went to school for it and I have several years cooking at a few establishments. I am not a ''god'' at cooking but everyone has said they like my cooking and look forward to when I cook for them again.
Paying attention 100% of every waking second of every single day (even when drunk though that doesn't happen anymore). Now that doesn't always mean I'm paying attention to a rambler. After years of hearing people ramble, I've learned to tune them out especially if I'm watching tv. lol. No person can scare me. because I'm always expecting it.
Strength, you wouldn't know it by looking at me because I have some fat over these muscles. But I am rather quite strong. I haven't worked out since high school. But like a good little boy, I had my ''Milk times three is good for me'' lol. I drink lots of milk to keep my muscles and bones strong. Plus at my previous job (in November) I was a lumber stacker. Throwing up to 200 lbs (91kg for my non USA followers) onto carts for 10-12 hours a day 5 days a week until the president decided to put tariffs on lumber which affected my pay greatly. I've pushed carts of lumber up to 6700lbs (3039kg) by myself up to 10 yards.
Fighting, It's been about 5 or so years since my last fight as I've tried to stay away from confrontation altogether. but my count is 39 wins (including ties because fights were broken up before damage could be done) and 0 losses. I've won fights from those with martial arts training. My last fight put the guy in the hospital and I really don't want that to happen again. I think the reason he didn't press charges is because he didn't want to admit a dude smaller than him did that to him. Plus he did come to my house and sucker punched me. Why did he do that? Because I told his mother I didn't want to hear about his dead sister anymore. I'm afraid what might happen if I get into another fight.
Common Sense, now this should be a no brainer but it seems like a lot of people lack this skill. Like men on dating/social media sites. Like duh dude she knows you want to do those things to her voicing it only makes her block you. Or at work, breaking safety protocols because you did something wrong only makes it worse for you. Or lastly, and this is my personal favorite. Smart phones I've seen many videos on the internet where people run into things and fall off things because they had that smart phone glued to their hands.
Lie detector, I'm a walking talking lie detector. I can tell when someone is lying to me. Sometimes it'll be days later and other times right away. I CAN SEE YOUR SOUL. YOU CANNOT LIE TO ME. kidding of course. haha.
Fear, I'm really very courageous. Now that doesn't mean I'm stupid. Like I'm not afraid to play in the street but just because I'm not fearful doesn't mean I want to get hit by traffic. I used to catch rattlesnakes (and anything else that moved) back when I was about 8 or 9. That's when I was stupid and fearless.
Honesty, fear and honesty go hand in hand. Most people that lie are afraid of something. Hurting someone's feeling is the biggest reason. Another biggie is fear of retaliation. I used to be stupid honest. Now I'll lie on applications and forms to get what I want. But as a rule, I just don't want to lie to people in general. I do onto others as I want done onto me. I'd much rather be hurt by the truth then be led on by a lie. I'm not afraid to get hurt and in most cases I'm like a rock. stuff doesn't bother me anymore.
Now you know my hidden gems and some secrets. Don't tell anyone, if you do, in the words of Liam Neeson, ''I will find you and I will kill you.'' Oh geez it was just a joke don't get it twisted. lol
