Do you ever get those unknown numbers calling and start to imagine that you do know who is at the other end listening to you speak and breath? Do you start to play out what you should say to that person that you wish it was, that is just listening and saying nothing. Do you think of the words you could say that would make them finally say"it is me." or even "hello?" Do you think maybe if you say "I have been waiting for your call" Or maybe if you just speak their name,call out to them, it will give them the courage. After they hang up are you left reeling,feeling so unsatisfied. Left only to wonder, and wish for another call. Do you just wait? I do.
