Sooo...yeah...
Today was odd.
I got paid, and laundry is clean, and I started a new pack of cigs. I don't really smoke, I think the record is today with 4 whole cigs...
I had a fire all to myself. Normally, I am with a group of friends and it's a fun excuse to drink waaaaaaaaaay more schnapp's/vodka/JD/that stuff we scraped out of the bottom of the closet, and having a fire to myself is really nothing that has happened to me. Idk, it seemed kind of calming and reflective. Kind of surreal. I liked it.
Anyways, I also lost my good jacket. I have this leather one that is all battered and beaten up and crusty and coated in roadsalt. I've had it since I was 16, and we've been through a lot together. I was wearing it from times varying to getting kicked out of my house (all of the times), to when I got laid my first time. Okay, I wasn't wearing it while having sex, but you get the idea.
And yes, my cherry wasn't popped until a couple years ago. I always had a bit of trouble when it came to the dating scene, I was always (and still am) too timid to really approach a girl I like and ask them out, too afraid of rejection. That an my open geekiness in middle school got me laughed at and worse when I asked back then. Didn't help the old self esteem too well. Anyways, I lost this jacket, and while I always act nonchalant about it, it means a lot to me. If you want to see me cry, hide the jacket. However, I will stab you repeatedly after I find out who did it, so I would not recommend it...
But, yeah, the fire was nice and meditative, going back...
I should do it again.
Oh, and this was the first fire I actually made/burned/created/whatever, and I did it with no kerosine or gasoline, or any type of incendiary/accelerant whatsoever

OH, explanations. First is what I cropped the profile pic from. WOO! Redneck looking!
Second, is Jeremiah. I do, in fact, realize he is not a bullfrog, but a toad. Quit spoiling my fun. Anyways, he/she/it is bigger than the pic shows and has been around the house for a while, and is cool. So I named him (I think I shall go with proper grammar over social etiquette, here...) Jeremiah after the song, and all that. And he is familiar enough with me that I can pick him up and move him away from the road. Wow, I sound hickish. Oh well, I like most animals. Bees/hornets/yellowjackets and spiders in my house are the exceptions. Except for the one spider with 5 legs, cuz it's funny to watch her (I am assuming all surviving spiders with webs are female) moving around her web. It's like a 3 legged elephant...
