What made you switch from Stan Musial to Mickey Mantle?

Hi @Franie, It was certainly nothing Stan the man did! I had Musial, because I am Polish, & we all worshipped him. I always felt guilty, though, because I am not a Cardinals, but a (rabid) Yankees fan. I was born & raised in N.Y. Believe it or not, I think Mickey is the most underrated star of his great era. Consider this: When Willie Mays, (whom I deem, the greatest athlete to ever play the game), was on the Giants, they went to 3 world series', winning 1. When injury prone, drunken Mickey was on the Yankees, they went to 10 world series', winning 7.
