Had the opportunity to work in Belize for a week, so I thought Id share a few pics of this beautiful place Stayed in San Pedro located on the Ambergris Kaye at a lovely villa

@chef It was fabulous...most everything that was fried was done in coconut oil. May have been healthy or maybe not ;-) but it was sooo good!
