Went to visit my family in California today. It was pleasant. I drove down with a great-cousin of mine in his 50s who, turns out, is a hell of a guy. I also got to drive his Lexus down there, which was extremely pleasant but made me realize that my 15 year-old car kind of sucks.

While we were there, my cousins (29, 19, and 17) decided they wanted to play Mario Kart Double Dash on the GameCube. I said I'd play.

8 races later it was time for us to leave, and I left that house the undisputed champion of Mario Kart. Fuck those kids. I bring those fucking blue sparks.
