Halloween went over very well. Despite having to recycle an older costume (leatherface), I had a blast at the party we all went to. Most of the people there have never seen any of the costumes me and my friends have done over the last 6 or seven years or so, making it easier to just pull something out of the basement to wear again this year.

My costume went over spectacularly, I won 'Most Hysterical' at the Henri David Ball (which is a huge deal, and the second time I won that prize). I've been going to this party for 10 years now, and am becoming a bit of a celebrity. Many people came up to me remembering the costume I had last year, or the year before. One person even remembered what I wore around 8 years ago. And several of the people said that one of the things that they look forward to most is seeing what I have come up with for this year. One person even said that when they are trying to convince friends to come to the party, they show them pictures of my costumes.
Glad to hear you had a great time too. I can't wait for next year (I think I already have my idea for what I will wear). Hopefully my neck and shoulders will have fully healed from wearing this year's costume by then.
