It's been quiet lately, not much to comment on since the superbowl (grrrr).

Today was nice. Neither me or Jenny believe in the whole Valentines day thing, so there is no pressure to blow cash on each other that we can't afford. Although we do look forward to all the good chocolate being discounted tomorrow

I made a nice dinner tonight...though I fucked it up a bit. I made a nice chicken cordon bleu on a bed of onions. I also wanted to make a nice bacon and apple syrup to coat the chicken, but I added too much sugar and reduced it a bit much, so I basically made a big bowl of apple bacon sugar daddy mix (except...stickier). It tasted great, so I wil fix the way I make it for next time. I had to throw away a plate because there was just no scraping the glue-like mass off of it. Still...it tasted great.
