Okay, so I'm not going t have a day off for some time I think. MY roommate Tracey got dicked over at her new job (it is not AT ALL what she was told it would be), and so she needs to find a new new job. Her boyfriend (my cousin Keith) and I are now working overtime like motherfuckers to carry her share for now. It's not so bad though, I'm used to working a ton of OT, and I can handle it.
Nothing really major to report, other than I am having a big cookout/party at the end of August. Anyone interested in dropping by, just let me know. I plan on making dogs, burgers, chilli, jambalaya, salad and whatever else I can think of. I just hope it isn't too hot like last year's event. The cookout will probably end up being a default birthday party for me, as it will be a week after my B-day, and my brother is highly unlikely to let anyone forget I'm turning 30.
Oh yeah, it will also be a welcome to Massachusetts party for Hathor, as she will have moved in by that point. Yeah, it turns out that fall was too long to wait for both of us, so she'll be here in August!
Other than all that, nothing huge to report.
