Quiet week so far, nothing big going on, which is good. My brother will be here for another month or so, so another month of cheaper rent until him and the girlfriend get an apartment together. I met Kindle and had lunch with her this week. That afternoon kicked my ass though, considering I switched my sleep and meal schedules around in order to do something during the daylight. So I was pretty useless at work that night, but luckily I'm in charge, so I just delegated some authority and rested a bit.

I've been feeling a little tired lately, and would like to rest this weekend, but I have a wedding to go to. I'd like to skip it, as I think it may be a bit taxing, but it's for my good friend Pat, and I owe him a lot. Might be an interesting time, as Pat describes his family as very old school and traditional. I asked him how traditional, because he said it with a little extra emphasis. He indicated that some of his family may have a problem with folks who are not of the Irish, or caucasian persuasian. Should be interesting, as my date is a cambodian girl, and all the friends I am seated with are either black or Dominican. Oh, Pat also indicated that there were good odds for a family fist fight to occur. This wedding sounds more and more "interesting" as it gets closer.

In other news, I'm pissed I can't make it to the SG Toronto event, as I'll be on vacation then with my friend Melanie from England. So, maybe next year I'll remember to keep a week or so of vacation in reserve for things like this.
