For whoever needs this :)
My story began long ago when I first discovered Blogilates on YouTube. I loved that exercises needed no equipment, could be done literally anywhere and were done with Casey, who’s bubbly, contagious and fun to be around (even if that’s “around” is YouTube).
But there were always excuses to commit. Period cramps days, busy work days, someone’s birthday, hangover etc etc. Every time I tried, I gave up and it didn’t lead anywhere.
Last summer I came back from visiting mom and dad, stepped on a scale and saw 74kg on it. It was a little disaster for me. (Now please, scales and weight is subjective to literally everyone, what was a lot for me, might be just right for you and what’s right for me is a lot for you. We’re all different and you should rely on how you feel, not how much you and especially anyone else weighs)
I also stopped fitting in my recent pants, clothes got to be tight and I decided it’s time I took care of my own body.
So this January I committed to Blogilates 21 day challenge. Where you have to be active for just 21 minute every day for 21 days. Doesn’t sound that bad right? We waste more time on our social media daily.
BUT THE RESULTS WERE AWESOME!
I feel better, stronger, I’ve lost several centimeters in problem areas and have gained some in the form of muscle. But most importantly I’ve formed a habit of working out every single day no matter what. Even if it’s just for 21 minute a day.
If you look for a routine that will allow you to work out at home using little to zero equipment, I recommend Blogilates to you. You can find all videos for free on YouTube and all the workouts planned out for you in the form of a monthly calendar that you’ll be able to find on the website :) It works, it’s effective and it’s super fun!
