They're the fucking BILLBOARD CHARTS.
As in, telling the pop culture retards what they've liked over the past year because they're so vapid they can't recall it themselves.
A much better chart to check is Rollingstone... I went back and looked at them and they had Radiohead, Fiona Apple, things like that nowhere to be seen on the pop charts.. apparently audience DOES make a difference.
