i just got back from the gym. i've been running for over a week now.. im finding energy that i didnt know i had. i began to life weights today too.. my arms are incredibly sore. it feels so good to be doing something good for myself.. i just need to quit smoking now.. such a hard habit to kick..

yeah, time off is wonderful. I took a year off between college and grad school and spent time just working and hanging around colorado. It was good for clearing the mind and re-evaluating what my real plans were. At first I thought it was going to be a waste of time.....but, looking back I really needed to be regrounded before returning to school.
Have fun with the new girlie....The gamble is really up to you. I have had the same situation backfire on me. But, looking back, I wouldn't change the outcome . After all, its not like she belongs to them at the moment.....she is fair game for all.

Don't fight change, it is futile. My favorite thought when things start feeling like like the ground is falling our from beneath my feet and I don't even know my name is :Go with the flow. Life is changing and it is only when you resist that I can feel the struggle inside, change is going to happen and we all change and so we have to change with it. Afterall, who would want to be the same as when we were 9 years old? Although sometimes I have the feeling I'm still in there fighting my way to 10, 11 and 12. We esentially stay the same but grow. Problems come from resisting and every once in a while, I think change goes so fast, {like the end of school, relationships, moving} that we don't recognize ourselves because we define ourselves by external forces instead of internal ones. Look inside and find the 13 year old. You'll be okay, then go out and play with the snow, and throw a snowball for me

well, college is a thing of the past for me now. all that stress and politics is finally over!! now i need to find a job or something. its gonna be wierd finally being out of college, but its something im really looking foward to. i get to do what I want to do now
