i just got back from the gym. i've been running for over a week now.. im finding energy that i didnt know i had. i began to life weights today too.. my arms are incredibly sore. it feels so good to be doing something good for myself.. i just need to quit smoking now.. such a hard habit to kick..

The gym is great and don't you sleep better at night now. That is what happens to me. Smoking is evil you should quit, which I am sure you can.
