Well today kinda sucked. I went to do my workout and somehow managed to hurt my back. So I had to cut it short. I also had a derp moment and forgot to close the lid tight when I went to make a shake. Yikes! Lol oh well I'm clumsy but loveable 
On a bright note I went from being 167 to 159!!! Now just 14 more pounds until I'm at my desired weight. Woot!!
