Well I've completed my first week of living a "healthier lifestyle." I've been going to the gym for 2 hours a day and cutting back drastically on carbs and calories. I'm not going to weigh myself for at least 4 more weeks. I should notice a significant difference by then.

This won't be ending after 6 weeks, but that's just a good point to measure progress and adjust accordingly. I took some before pics and those won't be posted any time soon. Perhaps after 6 weeks I'll post some before/after shots.

The first day I weighed in at 245 at 5'10" wearing a shirt at XXL and a 38" waist. I had some muscle already, but it's hard to tell at around 25% body fat.

The reason I started all this isn't really to lose weight though. I'm a full believer in the balance between mind/body/spirit. I've been out of balance for a while and every aspect of my life has suffered for it. That's all over now so I'm getting everything back to proper balance.

yeah..this is what i told myself..but i don't manage to express myself the way i want..or at least not in music yet..it's very difficult for me, i know i have to work first ...but when i'm depress i just do nothing else than crying...sometimes i write, but i must feel very bad and sometimes it takes days or even months untill i manage to write how i feel..so in music i don't know yet how to use this even if i find many sounds and riff and stuff it's too hard for me to put everything in order..i don't try enough i know i must change
