Anxiety, I hate how you control my life. Sink my emotions beyond my control. I work so hard to get control of my feeling, and then it is gone. And I can't understand how or why. How can I control my fears, when I don't understand why I am afraid?

Thanks. I use a blue light, and some meds. Mostly it is a mind thing. Fooling my mind is how I consider it. Sounds I play in the background, lights I use in the room, etc. I have had it for over 20 years, since I was a teen and started getting health problems. It's just tyring, and lonely, constantly trying to stay ahead of it. Then I stumble, I can't understand why. That is the problem with anxiety. It does follow logic. It makes it's own rules. My tattoos help. Physical reminders of things positive.
