I HAVE A TALENT AGENT!! eeekeeekeeekshockedtonguetonguebiggrinbiggrin

It'll cost me about ~$80 out of pocket for 2 hrs of voice lessons and recording +headshot/fullshot

I lose $100 on my first gig to pay for a profile on their website which is essentially free that way. Agent takes 15% which is very reasonable.

I'm sure it's hard to find mature 'college kids' I think the entertainment industry has made it appear that college is all about drinking drugs and sex. You'll find the right people soon enough. I'm sure you're not the only one.
