Part of my job requires me to disable and lock user accounts when somebody is going to be fired. Unfortunately, the way this needs to be handled means that I am ALWAYS the first one to find out if somebody is going to be fired. Sometimes this makes me sad.
Other times, I feel like there are some good reasons.
How would you feel if you found out that it is now your duty to disable a fellow employee's accounts without telling them that they will be canned?

I would.
but I'd feel horrid.
