You have a prescription for it? That's neat I guess. What kind of pain is it prescribed for? Do you have to get it from any particular source for it to be completely within the law and your prescription? For instance, is there a special pharmacy you have to go or do you just bring your script to the dealer on the corner? I always wondered how that worked because if you're friend gave you the pot and he does not have a medical marijuana prescription then he would be violating the law by having it then giving it to you. Also, illegally grown and acquired marijuana often have dangerous additives added to them, like crack and PCP. Wouldn't you then have to get your prescription filled in a controlled environment to avoid ingesting these kinds of substances and so therefore negating the positive effects of the marijuana?

I am full of questions. I have never known or talked to anyone that was ever prescribed marijuana, though I know it is legal and practiced in California.
