So, I am officially on VACATION !!!

Now today, I have some running around to do, THEN clean, clean, clean my apartment, ugh.

Anyone wanna give me a hand cleaning ? Anyone ? Bueller ? Bueller ?

If not, everyone have a great weekend.

LAST DAY OF WORK BEFORE VACATION !!!

Yep, you read that right, work tonight, then not back to work until September 21st.

How awesome is that ?

I'll be around until Monday 14th, then flying out to Halifax. That's in the Mary-Times, East Coast, other end of Canada.

So, yeah...

Nothing much to report / rant / gripe or be overly happy about today. It just ...is.

Very middle of the road, even keel , level day. Don't have those too often. Always feels like I have to " run " somewhere, buy or get something done.

But this weekend, THAT is another story.

Will have to clean the entire apartment, do laundry and make...

Off to Walmart I go today. Have to find a suitable bag to pack a weeks worth of clothes for my trip.

Also return a necklace I bought yesterday and pick up some contact cement to fix a pendant that broke.

Pretty...

I can't wait ...

To everyone who may have started...

Was SOOOO good ... Swimming, BBQ'g, Tubing ( first time ever ), played Frisbee, Washers ( like Horseshoes ) and just general laziness associated with no agenda due to 3 glorious sunny days off.

Ahhhh

What did everyone else do or get up to this weekend ?

I'm off to the cottage in a couple of hours.

Hope everyone has a great Long Weekend.

Just have time now to update my daily ramblings / musings...

Busy, trying to get things accomplished before I go to work tonight AND leave for the cottage tomorrow.

But, it is 3 days off, in a fantastic cottage, with great people who are close friends.

What could be better, hmmmm... I'm sure there are things that could. Off-hand, I'm drawing a blank.

So, if...

Happy Hump Day !

And I be getting humped, humped I say ! From my mechanic, my little Hyundai ( her name is Zoe ) is going to cost me over $500.00 for these " minor " things.

Oh well, has to be done before winter starts ( which should be in a couple of weeks, fer feck's sake ).

So, yeah ...
