So, today in the mail was my info package from The Landlord And Tenant Board.

The hearing between myself and the Landlord is scheduled for Jan 6th.

This will the opportunity for me to explain to someone why I waited for 4 MONTHS for the landlord to address the mold / water damage issues in my previous apartment.

Of which she didn't.

She told me there was no issue, and they wouldn't spend the $ to fix the obvious mold in the bathroom.

I don't understand her logic on this...
