I know it's hard. I'm a frriggin chocoholic! But you know what they say, "No pain No gain". I have been on this nutritious diet for a week now and I feel so much better. I feel stronger and excersizing makes me happy...I never thought it would, I thought it would be a chore. This change I'm making is going to make my life longer so it's all worth it. 
I can't believe how much guys prove me right! I wrote an entry about friends and everyone but one of the commens were from a guy.

Just a hint....why don't you browse through the members of SGSAC and start making comments to the girls in their journals...it's easy to get lost in a place like this. By girls I don't mean just SG's....there are tons of awesome women in the SGSAC group.
