@amberetta that just helps you get to/stay asleep tho right? It's like natural sleeping pills? I don't have any problem with either of those things its just that sleeping 4 hours and sleeping 10 hours feels the same to me somehow.

I've also heard that cbd oil works wonders. I have a Fitbit that tracks my sleep. I can see and feel when i'm not getting any deep sleep. That might be your problem. You aren't getting enough or any deep sleep. It's what makes us feel rested and like we got a good sleep when we wake up.
