incompetent

okay.

i'm in iowa. at a motel. my dad and i left for oregon yesterday morning. we're making good time. so i guess things are ok.

though i'm feeling pretty heartsick. leaving is not easy. it's actually probably the hardest thing i've ever done. portland is awesome, and i'm looking forward to it. but man, if this feeling doesn't weaken, i'm not gonna last long.
