Bought cool new sheets last night, and I don't know if it has anything to do with it, but I slept really well too. The bed was all soft and comfy. The only thing is it was a little cold. This was the first pair of sheets I've bought in about 3 years that aren't flannel. It's pretty rad though, they're these really expensive sheets that I would never had bought if I had to pay for them. What I mean is, My big department boss (not the one that works just above me, because she's a bitch and she hates me) gave me this rocking gift certificate for any store in the mall by my house for like, 50 bucks to show her appreciation that I've been busting my balls getting shit done even though I've been all sick and crap. So I went off to Dillards and bought some expensive sheets. And I hate my job less today because I feel a little more appreciated

I hate the first of the month. Rent is due, I have to run these stupid crappy reports at work, and Aunt Flow always picks this time of the month to make my life hell for a week.

I'm just getting through the day thinking about left over BBQ from last night and crawling into my comfy new sheets.
