Back from surgery ten minutes ago, anesthetic still making me feel a little goofy,As soon as they woke me up I could feel the pain. Whatever local they used on me, it didn't do a very good job. I was immediately feeling the worst pain I have ever felt, and it still hasn't subsided. Just cut my head off right now. The left side of my face is the size of Texas. I hate today.

it wasn't numb? usually you shouldn't feel anything for a few hours after. That sucks. Hope it heals swiftly for you. The swelling gets less and less over a couple of days and the pain shifts to a dull ache. Ice cream can help too. Take care and get better.
