The goal? I know it will take a while BUT its losing 90lbs. Right now, I'm focusing more on getting my strength and stamina up rather than paying attention to losing the weight since I'm still just starting out. Otherwise I think I'd drive myself crazy weighing in every day haha!!

Yea I figure it will take me around 2yrs to achieve. I definitely need a lot of cardio. I plan on starting the C25K program here soon. I'm trying to finish the 30 day shred right now. My muscles need to be used.
