Peking duck, when done well, is one of my favorite things in the world.
How spoiled am I? We're having it for dinner again tommorrow night. We've already got reservations. Sometimes it's fantastic to be an only child. Well, pretty much all of the time, actually. Anyways, getting back to the duck - it's delicious. Soooo delicious.
